TOPYN started with a simple frustration — finding garage sales in your area on a Saturday morning was harder than it should be. We built the map we wished existed.
Every weekend across Australia, thousands of garage sales, estate sales, and moving sales happen — full of hidden treasures, barely-used furniture, and genuine bargains. But finding them meant scrolling through scattered Facebook posts, outdated community boards, and hand-written signs you only spotted after you'd driven past.
We thought there had to be a better way. So we built TOPYN — a single map where sellers can pin their sale in under 60 seconds, and shoppers can plan an optimised route to every sale near them before they've finished their morning coffee.
We then extended that same idea to real estate — because open house inspections had exactly the same problem. Listings scattered across different platforms, no easy way to plan a day of inspections, and no central map to see what's on near you.
